seeing the world go past

to make them feel good

you know your heart remained where it stood!

wish u understand how it feels
when world seems to shatter

spiralling down to the depths
as darkness looms over you
your voice too weak to be heard
unable to stretch the arms
you fall, completely betrayed, failed
will there be light at the end of the tunnel?

loving hand

where are the words where are the feelings
has everything gone too far or has she
there is nothing held back, it is clear
but why does she still turn back to look
for that loving hand for her to move on?

Rock

As life became meaningless
Treasures turned worthless
Words gone unheard
And feelings left unfelt
Sheer existence getting unnoticed
As feeling of unwantedness reigned,
She emerged, strong as a rock!

Cold

She lost her voice and with it her inner feelings
There was nothing that she wanted to share with the world
As she started viewing things the way it has to be
Floating like a piece of ice on an almost frozen lake
She became part of a larger canvas of life
All sensibilities having gone numb with cold
Freeing the mind from all earthly links

Life changed her beyond recognition!

she was like her shadow
who followed her all over
she saw the world and learnt a lot
and looked for the shadow whenever she felt
as she turned to the shadow one day
she saw it had a face that had lots to say
the shadow that followed her and watched her grow
she realised was the one whom you call mother
she looked at her and gave her the sweetest smile ever
as she stretched her hand to touch her face!
