 I built a castle in the air

It was the most beautiful one

It was made of boundless joy of love 

But I decided to abandon it

Because it was just a castle in the air.

There are wars going on 

Dreams shattered 

Love lost, beauty vanished 

Lives lost, light vanished 

The castles you build on earth
